Free Farm Visits 2016 supported by the higher level stewardship scheme


School groups can book to visit the farm for a range of educational farm related activities.

•For Primary aged children we can offer half day workshops.....


Get close up to the wild flowers of our hay meadows

Capture the beauty, structure & diversity of these wild flowers: & through observation & painting contribute to our patchwork haymeadow project.

Drink an apple

Make apples into juice with apples from the orchard & enjoy tasting different varieties from the Beeley Pippin to the Bramley Seedling.

         For Secondary pupils: Key Stage 3 & 4 we can offer tailored workshops


These visits are lead by a qualified ecologist & teacher & can include investigations of habitats on the farm, mini beasts in the river & eco systems in the wood.
